Don't think so, since BB is not a range skill. As you can see in the video, the stalker used BB up close. Maybe I'm wrong, I usually just test a build on a high rate pre-renewal server before I go for it.

Server is not that good, but i wouldn't agree you. It's still useful to test some builds cause easy to get max lvl/Equip.
