That CRT reminds me a lot of the Simonitch games. You should see the Soviet tank corps in Von Manstein's Backhand Blow one of them has a 25 combat factor! I'll trade you one harbinger of destruction cat for your dogs Kev. Straight up trade lol. He may do some good damage on the Eastern Front.

As for Simonitch, this is a bit more granular AND has the added benefit of a follow on tactical result.

It looks interesting. You can definitely see how it favors the defender. I will be knee deep in Simonitch's games once France 40 is sent my way. I think I will spend a month or so just playing France 40, North Africa 41, Salerno 43 and Normandy 44.@@war_gamer

It’s in development - was playtested at Winterfest a few weeks back. 10K Games as I’m sure you are aware. Maybe we can discuss this when we chat in the future.

Never seen this system. Looks nice. Is the supply just trace or is their attack supply or is it like a point system for tracking that?

it uses a trace mechanic to an HQ. The number of tactical chits available/ allocated is subject to either Hitlers happiness or wether Russo are doingmajor or minor offensive and STAVKA status.

@@war_gamer Thanks. Looks like a nice game - but I have several of this section of the Eastern Front - a really desperate time, not sure if this is good enough to overcome their ability to sooth my need to stem the tide of Uranus (ooops....)
