I believe it's Ukrainian driver.... They make shame for lithuanian registrated number plates... Junk companys take them to the job without experience for safe the moneys... Fuck it... I hope so that hi get baned frome the country. Safe winter trips for all normal drivers and beware of these UA kamikadzez....
