Absolutely amazing landscape. Loved scenic beauty. I liked Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu so much. I think, i should paint this one.

I regret not going up there when I had the chance! What an amazing view…and not nearly as crowded as Machu Picchu. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to go back and do it

Climbed both Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain a few months ago, but chickened out of Huayna Picchu due to the lack of handrails and narrow stairs. Thank you for this video! It was awesome to see because it was beautiful (you're both brave!), and it reinforced how I made the right decision (for me) 🙂.

Great video! Me and my son did that in 2018, went to the top and around the backside to the Temple De Luna the big cave, super long and tiring hike but so so worth it! Oh I wanna go back so bad!

I climbed the steps of death. It is dangerous if you are going down because you have to look over your shoulder to get proper footing . It is an awesome 1500 ft drop if you slip and miss the 2 inch ledge.I nearly had a heart attack!

Before when I was young I love to hike not only for my health recovery but I love to go higher mountains like I can reach the sky. But for now I can walk only because of my heart problem. God bless and always take care.

I hiked this trek and it took me 2 hours to do it because I stopped every now and then to appreciate the plants, nature, and took pictures of the scenery. And it only took me 30 minutes to go down. Hahaha.

Those must of been the steps I've heard so much about, narrow and steep towards the top. Easy going up but what was it like coming down, not the sort of place to have a trip.

Grabbing more of your time, and yes, it is dangerous, but I mentioned that! Watching and Supporting!

Went there in 2002 absolutely amazing place when the sun comes up early in the morning and the mist and clouds slowly disperse and the mountain peaks start to appear through the mist as though levitating a kilometre or more higher than Machu Picchu. It is the scale of the mountains that make you realise why so many cultures view them as being alive and having spirits. Recommend not going to South America for 2 to 4 weeks, go for 6 months or a year or more, less flying more seeing and slower assent to adapt to the altitude. It is one thing climbing them or being one of the guides that carry three haversacks but cutting and building those steps and terraces would be some job. The skill in cutting the stones is astounding. Another scary part is how the terraces seem to descend and disappear towards the precipice away from Machu Picchu in a kind of reverse blind summit. Isla del Sol on Lake Titicaca is nice walk too, well worth staying on the island for the night.
