Hi Sir, So far we gave around 6lacs for labour contract charge to my engineer. But still house constructed till ground floor without plastering. Yet construct first floor. Can you pls tell how much work which should have completed for 6 lacs?? Total construction sqft 2100. Ground floor - 2 bhk, first floor single bhk. Total land size 3.5 cents.

ஐயா நான் சமீபத்தில் வீடு கட்டினேன். மாடிப்படி மிகவும் உயரமாக உள்ளது. Dog legged stair case. நீங்கள் கூறிய dimension 12.5 அடி. Raiser 9-10 inch. சில படிகள் ஒன்றுக்கு ஒன்று வித்தியாசமான உயரம். ஒரு பொறியாளர் தான் கட்டினார். பத்து அடி உயர மாடி. பொறியாளரை இதை பற்றி கேட்டால் dimension length கூடுதலாக இருந்தால் தான் raiser இன் உயரம் குறைவாக வரும் என்றார். எனக்கு வயது 61 . மாடியை சீரமைக்க முடியுமா. சற்று விளக்கம் கொடுங்கள்.
