Hi sir, My relative uncle age 65 Is suffering from oral cancer,they diagnosed abt it on its early stage of 2 and conducted operations regarding it but after that the doctor advised to take radiation therapy but they denied it and but still they took various pet scan till few months ago but didn't detected any symptoms nor any tumor but since last week his neck and jaws getting swelled so again he was advised to take a scan but it says its stage 4 also his jaws and neck are keep swelling and also he feels pain while eating aswell as head pain too ! Is it curable doctor????pls help us

Dear Doctor, my elder brother 40yrs now got GBM Stage 4Brain tumor done resection twice in 2018 and 2023. After thus whole year he is in regualr chemotherapy and physiotherapy treatment. But doctor not give hope as MRI Shows again reoccurrence after surgery done in Jan 2023. 2 time MRI taken on Mar and after chemotherapy taken Sep it shows spread. Any treatments to make him survived for 5 yrs. with good food habit and regular medical care for 40 yrs adult with chemotherapy can make him survive for atleast 10 yrs from now. His sons are 10, 9 yrs. We need my brother alive for 10 to 15 yrs and he cant use his right hand and right leg weak and slowly walking and we feed food and all as only left hand is using only. Vanakkam sir, Amma ku vulva cancer. She is 63 now. This is fifth year since cancer was diagnosed. She had taken treatment to begin with 6 cycles of chemo and 25 cycles of IMRT. At the end of IMRT, She was really good. But doctor suggested for 2 doses of Brachetherapy. We did. But after that her health condition went down. Then 3 cycles of heavy dose chemo was suggested. We did. But she couldn't tolerate it. Now she is been bedridden for last 8 months without any treatment. She is completely down now. I don't have any clue about next step. Really worried sir. Could anything be done sir? Pls answer 🙏.

Hello Sir, my mom had breast cancer 2009. It was removed at that time. Last February 2023 we found metastatic cancer into brain. Tumour size was 5.5cms in brain. Before starting radiation and chemotherapy she was able to walk. But after treatment left leg and hand paralyzed. 2nd chemotherapy over till now. Is this curable ?

PETCT can be done But it can’t done as general check up If we suspects cancer in particular after biopsy confirmation we can do PETCT scan to confirm spread Of cancer

Thank you so much sir for ur reply I have one more doubt sir my mother has weight loss due to chemo side-effects so we admitted hospital and we insert rice tube but greenish water coming From the stomach so docter connected with urobag 8 days continuously filling we still in hospital For what reason sir water coming. CT also done may b bowel obstruction irukum nu sonnanga sir but Inime treatment start pannala ethana water varuthunu find pannala WTF to do next Financially we week per day 1500 plus TPN also Plz give suggestions sir my mother has 3 daughters we r students
