Good video mate, but that's scandalous if they are going to a person's reported, waiting in the queue behind a load of buses?!

good I hate the built-in emergency lights on the AT3 body system, at least those on the cab are poorly visible; Better choise would be to take a plain normal lightbar instead

If I'm honest you don't really notice when the sirens are blasting

@@staffsemergresp well the wail/yelp mode of the Hänsch sirens are the next issue :D Too bad Rosenbauer offers them all together at probably such a good price that many departments purchasing new apparatus don't look for sth else (better) than that. Same problem with Rosenbauer apparatus in e.g. Denmark or Norway, at least the AT3 hardly got popular up there, only few departments are purchasing apparatus with the AT3 body system there

@@staffsemergresp I have no experience with emergency one tbh; While Rosenbauer in general is good, the first years they had massive issues with the AT3 generation

@@EnjoyFirefighting Angloco and Rosenbauer are way better than Emergency One, absolutely useless, thank god for Angloco because they make the best vehicles and the electronics in Emergency One fire engines always fail so yeah, that's my experience

@@staffsemergresp in general I'd agree, however the AT3 has left bit of a mark on me: we had our fair share of electronics issue with the AT3 Tanker in my home town: A 1985 Mercedes-Benz 1622 AF with Ziegler body was replaced by a Mercedes-Benz Actros 1832 AK Rosenbauer AT3 in 2013. It's no frontline apparatus running calls on a daily basis, gets rather few calls. However it had such severe technical / electronic problems after less than 1 year in service that it needed to return to the factory ... not to be repaired, but to be replaced. For the period of 1 year a Rescue Tanker from the Rosenbauer rental truck fleet, a 1992 Mercedes-Benz 2635 A with some kind of Rosenbauer industrial body layout, took over its position from 2013 to 2014 until the brandnew MAN TGM 18.340 again with Rosenbauer AT3 body system was delivered. This one again stayed in service little over a year before it had to go back to the repair shop for a month or two, being replaced by another Tanker from the rentral truck fleet At another department which replaced both of their Rescue Engines with AT3 Rescue Engines: they both were at the local repair shop even before they were in service. Not sure why Rosenbauer had so massive problems with the AT3, seems like they solved them by now; Well aware of the normal level of quality, but the AT3 somehow had its issues the first couple of years. ANd not sure why, but they got so extremly common here that it kind of is a bit boring to see yet another AT3. Thus e.g. in my home town the career FD runs 2 AT3 Rescue Engines, 1 AT Tanker 1 AT3 Heavy Rescue, and the volunteer FD runs 2 AT3 Engines Again I've no experience with Angloco, they aren't on the market here in Germany
