Jets have potential to make playoffs. To make it very possible the offensive coaching staff needs to change. Not convinced with the OC, passing game coordinator, qb coach and offensive line coach.

Zach isn't as good as his draft status. But he isn't as bad as the media narrative. But as Aaron said, he needs a fresh start. I wish him the best, but HE wants to play somewhere else. I don't blame him.

There's no doubt the coach of the Jets has passion to play and win, his heart was broken numerous times in 2023, and for good reason, I believe he's the right guy for that title, but when your a great leader and you get other to believe they can win at anytime, you need to surround yourself with the best, loyal coaches and Athletes you can climb in a fox hole with and never worry about your blind side, that said, ive seen way to much egos running around on those fields and sidelines, idk,it could be immaturity, not being disciplined, or we can just say it's because there on the biggest stage in the greatest city in the world, I'm sure the spotlight isn't anything like NY in the smaller city's, know one cares about what you were able to do in a sport where your title is a professional football player,your supposed to make those plays, if you give 110% every week and do your job at the highest level you will be noticed, if that's what your looking for, acalades, you always need to be told your the best, and your deserving of something other then getting to the championship game,and winning.Then you'll always going to struggle to win, Way to many great Athletes on this jets team are looking for the spotlight or to be called the best at that position, if all these great Athletes did there job with all there heart, for a complete season,they would be called the greatest team in the NFL for that year, with that Ring and Trophy to show that they out played and were better then any other NFL organizations . Football's a Team sport , if you're looking to be in the spotlight for an individual effort, go play Golf or Tennis. Mr Rodgers needs to surround himself with warriors, when he's in that fox hole he'll never have to worry about his blindside, leave the Egos in the car ride into work, crank that music on the way in , dream big,but make those dreams reality on the field. but take care of business on the like a Professional Football player. # 20 Mr Hall, that's how a true legend handles himself!!
