Stacking The Most Powerful Initiations: Darkness & Ayahuasca w/ Blu | Aubrey Marcus Podcast

One of these ceremonial initiations is completely life changing. Together they are world changing. Today’s episode is with the powerful medicine woman, Blu, who stacked a 4 day darkness retreat back-to-back with an ayahuasca retreat. This episode is a full disclosure trip report, detailing Blu’s time in the boundless void of darkness and then our recent ayahuasca sit with El Dragon. The lessons, wisdom, and magic runs deep in this one, leaving no stone unturned. If you want aliens, insectoid beings and discarnate entities, well we got them for you. From undeniable experiential gnosis of the liminal, to the importance of integration, this episode shines a light on what is possible when intentionally entering these ancient rituals.

So excited to hear about someone's access to the void. The void is intense and eternal, I came back super grateful for my body, mind and deeper appreciation for the human experience. I feel it increased my ability to hold patience in a significant way for 3d experience and made me feel ambitious not to waist my waking state.

What a fun conversation. I am legally blind. I have about 10 percent of central sight and at night, I am totally blind without a decent light source. When Blu mentioned micro ceremonies, that made me smile because what you and anyone experiences with darkness is what I experience most / all days. Tomorrow, I am participating in my first ever aya ceremony. This conversation is providing wonderful insights and I really appreciate that you both took the time to share.

Thankyou for sharing this beautiful energy with us all! I was with the medicine last wk end, and the mantis beings. Their message to me was to trust that everything is exactly as it should be right now..without struggle, people do not seek! I know that I will be cared for by Pachamama. I had also been doing ALOT of shadow work leading into ceremony, her message was that "I will always dance with you in the garden" I cried so many tears of gratitude as my shadow work always builds to a point where I have to dance barefoot in the garden to release the energies that were overwhelming me. I feel guided to go back into the community to share my processes with those who are drawn to the energy that will flow through me. I have been in hermit mode for quite a few years now, doing deep healing work on myself. These concious conversations are so needed right now! Thankyou both for bringing this to us all! Aho!

Physiology of the Spiritual (Quick Guide) -The pleasurable “chills” or “goosebumps” (aka frisson) experienced when listening to music, watching movies, viewing art, dancing etc. is a sensation that is sustainable for long periods and increases in intensity with dedication. It is the sensation needed to enter altered states of consciousness known as the Jhanas as well as to self-induce out of body experiences from a meditative state (visualization techniques are also required for OBEs). -During meditation, the peak intensity of the sensation is often called the "rapture." It can become so intense it is uncomfortable. Reaching this peak requires profoundly lowering our heart rate and sustaining it. This eliminates the bifurcation echo down aorta that comes with each heart beat "so that the sound of the heart beat can move synchronously up and down the circulatory system in harmonious resonance approximately 7 times a second." - See article below. -If you pursue this sensation within yourself by attempting to feel it as much as possible (all day, every day if you are able), it builds in strength significantly over time to the point where it becomes a full body sensation with the pinnacle being at the crown of the skull. You must become your own experiment as each individual’s set of beliefs and emotional reactions are unique. -One fundamental key to the sensation is to achieve states of genuine, positive emotions such as love, gratitude, inspiration, courage, joy, unity etc. Therefore, anything that enables you to feel these emotions will work. Conversely, anything that prevents these, will prevent your sensation. Control of thought is the key. -It is important to take a non-judgmental perspective of all things, including yourself, in order to cultivate acceptance and love within yourself. Try to be honest with yourself at all times. Trust your feelings and intuitions. -Be patient and be understanding of yourself if you think you are struggling. This is a progression and it will take some time to strengthen, especially while first beginning to induce in meditation, as your brain reforms its pathways via neuroplasticity (weeks to many months depending on effort). Love yourself unconditionally for the greatest success. -Your sensation will inevitably grow in strength with persistence and you will begin to feel it more easily to a broader range of stimuli. You will eventually realize it is not the stimuli at all, but only your emotional state and control of your mind/thoughts that matter. -It is this same sensation that monks attempt to achieve during meditation and chanting. The chants or mantras are to create vibrations in the chest which can help stimulate the sensation as well as to keep one’s focus single pointed. -It is the same sensation that “spirit runners” or indigenous long-distance runners attempt to achieve. Also called “runner’s high” in the west. -The current scientific term for the sensation is “Frisson” and it remains relatively unexplained in the public sector being reduced simply to a release of endorphins. -Other names include: Chakra Energy, Kundalini, Prana, Mana, Qi, Chi, Holy Spirit, life force, vibration among others depending on your cultural lens. -In the CIA analysis of the Gateway Process for consciousness it is described as “a self-stimulation of the pleasure centers in the brain caused by the circulation of a ‘current’ along the sensory cortex.” www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf -Remember this sensation is sustainable and will increase in intensity. Much love.

Wowwwww ok ok this affirms something I've been feeling recently- I can attest to the "chills" feeling. A dedicated meditation, chanting, and prayer practice for ~6 months, along with a lifestyle that feels in complete alignment, love and gratitude and peace are more prevalent in my emotional state than ever before. It's becoming easier to drop into a deeper state, and then hello frisson.... I also recently entered a sweat lodge and upon coming out, felt a rush of tingling up my back. It may have been a breeze hitting my sweaty back, but the lodge was a rebirthing experience and extremely challenging in the best way. The chills felt more like a message of acknowledgement from my higher self. Like another spinal rise on the Kundalini journey. Very cool to learn more about the significance of the chills. Thank you for sharing.

"Being a victim of the future" is the best description I have ever heard for exessive (or maybe even regular?) worrying. Another way we cause ourselves suffering in an attempt to prevent suffering 😅 I remember the day I began periodically worrying about future events. I was about 9 and having the best time on Xmas holidays. Then it dawned on me that in a week or so I would have to go back to football training (a great thing for a kid to do but I wasn't very good and felt constantly out of my depth lol). I felt a deep pang of dread that seemed to set some horrible machine inside me whirring. Flash forward to 32 and I am finally learning how to turn that machine off! But it made so many days uneccessarily hellish.

I think when you turn your entire life into a spiritual retreat and start to see that the most mundane everyday events have the same intensity as the visions these initiations & rituals provoke, then you're on the spiritual path. Go beyond renunciation, ritual and substances and learn to keep your heart open every second of your life. Using all this stuff helps to crack open the door but the real work begins when you put it away and turn completely inward to the Self.

I think I can relate to that void state she describes. On occasion in the stillness of my awareness before going to sleep I sometimes have the most peaceful feeling of just nothing. Like my beingness is just floating in the vast emptiness of the cosmos. It’s hard to describe but being in a salt water isolation tank comes close. It’s almost like what I imagine being in the womb must feel like.

I think Blu gets it - that you need to integrate that knowledge into a practice, a devotion .. having a daily practice that you follow to integrate your downloads, a feel that Audrey is not there yet because of his rebelliousness to break practice - it is the daily practice you need to fully embody the knowledge and I think Audrey would go further in his spiritual journey , instead of intellectualizing it. I really wanted to hear more of Blu, but Audrey took over this conversation .

Truly blessed people have it a lot easier when it comes to being of service. People who were given a path of great chronic suffering and very little love have minimal space to be of such service, because they live in a chronic space of survival. Sometimes it’s hard hearing these very spiritual people speaking like everyone can do these kinds of things. It’s easy to say this when you have communities of people who love you and you feel like you belong. That said I adore blu and all these amazingly enlightened people. This is just something I noticed come up for me. My dark room retreat begins on Xmas eve and I’m over the top excited to dive deeper than I’ve ever dived✨

Aubrey always incredible - Blu so nice to see you share this experience - the black-velvet unmanifest void ... luxurious to hear your observations and perspective I wonder, as we stretch continously and expand 'out' to be enough in our daily life - the malais of striving and grasping - that we don't spend enough time in the void. Night to Day to Night - we have an inner cycle of our light moving out and returning. And if we do not allow 'ourself' to enfold into the void inside, surely we can not allow a full and expansive unfold Perhaps that is why the unfold for Blu was so deeply pleasurable and stimulating. When we recognise that 'we are light' we can better flow with this natural cycle and movement. And so enjoy the pleasure of the expansion, or communion with the void inside.

I wish I could share with you completely, just how much I needed to hear these things that y'all are talking about. Especially about fearing the darkness, and how we are programmed to fear it, which enables us to access that truest part of our soul, so that we can embrace it and fully heal what is broken!!! I have an opiate addiction, and have been in a Methadone Treatment Program for 20yrs. And haven't been able to get off this medication because of the TERRIFYING FEAR OF WITHDRAWAL!!! I've tried a few times over the years, but have not succeeded. I'm at the highest level, so I get take-homes, and I'm at a low dose of the medication. So all I have to do, is wean myself off, but that fear overpowers me, and keeps me chained to this medication. But hearing you both share what you went through, gives me hope that hopefully at some point, I will be able to go within, and find the strength that's already there, Ive just got to tap into it, to free myself once and for all!!!! Thank you sooooooooooooooooooo very much for sharing your experiences. Send you both, Love and Healing Light ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊

Psychology, self help, esoteric, meditation etc. I didn't dive in as deep in all of the drug sphere, because of money and time. I guess it could be a nice place. For a while. Going to the jungle and all that. But not necessary. If you really listen, if you are really looking for the truth, if you want to find it, how and what the situation is you are in right now can teach you. But maybe this people, too, might find at some point the only one truth there is. There are a lot of things, that are in place exactly to distract us from it. ✝

When I was Channelling Christ Consciousness last night I was told that God keeps expanding to higher levels and we can become higher level Dieties that think thoughts and create new things into reality. We become Gods family on high levels...infinitely. God wants us to experience and expand consciousness learn to add to the collective. Few reach the consciousness level because the ego wants to be right and connect to the physical space. As we become at higher levels we understand deeper levels. And God takes us in our right time to be a higher creator. He is patient and knows we will join him when we complete our tasks.

@29:43 is so profound and powerful, because (at least according to the teachings of Seth) that “other reality” that Blu’s consciousness was privy to during her dreamstate was, indeed, real. Hence why the pain transcended space and time and was so culpable. Every version of reality is occuring simultaneously, and each is as real as the next (that 3D projection, or “reality,” being whatever it is that our minds are creating in this moment). If what we’re experiencing in whatever reality has a strong enough emotion associated with it, it leaves a larger impact in the field and we’re more likely to experience the bleedthroughs of those events in other realities as dreams. Super wild.

What she did in the bathtub, was exactly what happened to me when I decided it was no longer wise to do serious Wim Hof breathwork in the shower lol because I woke up on the tile floor outside my shower, with a cracked tooth and a deep cut on my arm and leg from falling through the glass shower door after a cold shower 😂🤦🏼‍♂️ was definitely a nice “hard” reset though, I did feel great afterwards 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm SO glad you asked about the experience with other beings/spirits, because I also haven't had that experience in a concrete way that I can feel confident to explain to skeptics. I've channeled for clients in my business & they've confirmed the messages, while to me, the messages may not make sense because they're personal to them. I've dreamed of loved ones dying a week before they do. My mom & sisters have seen spirits in broad daylight. I've always felt watched & protected by angels. Tarot actually brought me closer to God. &everything Matias has shared makes SO much sense. These are all the reasons I believe, but I've currently become a little obsessed with seeking nonmystical explainable answers that aren't backed up by things that affect the brain(like drugs or solitude). Idk if that makes sense🤔 Because humans are gifted at creating meanings & patterns P.s. my intention is not to make anyone believe what I believe. I feel a need to prove to myself why I believe without thinking I'm crazy, I guess
