SO many on my teammates (I solo queue most of the time) don't understand the importance of stacking the point. So many times I'll see 1 teammate trying to cap the point while the rest of us are still running towards the point. They risk their life just to get half a tick. It drives me nuts. But I still learned a few things from this, great video!

Wanted to mention solo capping can still be used in specific situtations - i.e. right off the breakoff if you get 3/4 down, some teams are willing to keep up the pessure on maps like Karachi to spawn kill.
