Stacey Q performs "Insecurity" live in 1986. She looks and sounds great. Her hair is amazing.
Жүктеу.....

Incredible! Nothing beats a live performence! This version rocks! As for the fashion... well, it was the 80's.

Awesome live footage! I love the SSQ & Stacey Q material. The clothes & fashion don't matter, but I'm an '80s kid so that stuff makes me feel comforted like being a kid again. The band is tight, they really love playing the material. They aren't there to just try to look cool with their fashion or something. Jon St. James is a pioneering musical genius that found many solo artists & produced great punk bands. Forget about the fashion, this is really well-written, endearing & catchy synth-pop.

I wish that they would post the video to this on youtube again. it was taken down because it was made by stacey q and her band and wasn't approved by the record company

Well said, DTJ! However, I think it was her manager that had more to do with the outcome of her overall longevity. Musically, she was a blend of disco, pop and new wave (by "new wave" I'm referring to the rock music that was prominent at the time). During this period I think that an artist had to choose one particular style in order to obtain commercial success. With that said, this could have easily been a Missing Persons or Berlin song. New wave Stacy Q rocks my socks!
