Stabilize Shaky Video - Easy Tutorial in Premiere Pro

Фильм және анимация

Easy Tutorial on how to Stabilize Shaky Video footage, in Premiere Pro! Also works with Final Cut Pro.
Rig Stabilizing: • P&C Rig Review + Short...
- Problems with camera shake?
- Reduce and/or remove shakiness.
- There's three ways to stabilize your footage: (basicly)
- Use a lens with an image stabilizer.
- And/or a rig
- And finally, digital stabilization.
- The first two are the most important. You should always do your best to get as stable footage before you start editing.
- But, if your footage still look a little shaky, you can try an effect called "warp stabilizer" in Premiere Pro.
- Let me show you how I do it.
- I hope that was helpfull, and if you have any questions, please comment bellow.

    When you are doing voice overs on a Mac the sound is low… do you use a pre amp to get the volume "higher"? I'm asking in English instead of Norwegian because it's May other people that is wandering about the same thing. I love your videos, and it's funny for me to know that other Norwegian youtubers that speaks English exist, I also watch your friend's videos you probably know who I mean… andyax :-) keep up the good work and I would really Appreciate an answer if you've got time :-)

  • @EskildFors

    @EskildFors

    Hi! I've looked into it, and it seems like "Warp Stabilizer" was first implemented in Premiere CS6 - and that previous version relied on After Effects and/or third party plug-ins. So I would either recommend using a dynamic link with AE, or upgrading to Premiere CC. I think you get a discount if you already own a previous version =)

    Fuad Abdalgalil The best solution would be a so called "steadicam" or "glidecam" which help stabilize your footage. Running and filming is one of the most difficult things you can do, and there's only limited what you can stabilize in the editing. So as I mention in the video, always do you best to get as stable footage as possible, before you start editing =)

    +Eskild Fors sorry yours was one of the world's best English RP accents :). Yeah mine hasn't got image stabilisation, I should have thought about that before I got the lense, however the lense is awesome, I got the Panasonic G7 + Olympus 45mm 1.8 :)...I'm still going to see if I can get away without a rig for the timebeing, but gosh the shakes are soooo evident!

  • @EskildFors

    @EskildFors

    7 жыл бұрын

    This is because your sequence have different settings than your video clip - e.g. your sequence is 1280x720 - but you're video is 1080. You can solve this by "nesting" the video, which you do by right clicking the clip and select "nest". Then this clip get's it's own sequence, which you can adjust with the correct settings ;)

I want my video resolution to be as it is, i don't want the black bars. In short, when I am adding the effect, The video is getting cropped are you getting me now !
