Dear petuk couple, I am soooo glad to see you teaching Mark how we use our right hand while drinking in the middle of eating something. Just demonstrated everything in our deshi style! While some people here in Bangladesh consider this acts as being 'khet', you guys showed how to represent it as our own deshi style to the whole world through this international level food vlogger. কালিজিরা চাউল ও বেশ মজা। ঐটা পাওয়া বেশ দুষ্কর।

বেস্ট ইভার ফুড রিভিউ, ফুড রেঞ্জার বাংলাদেশে এসেছিল,কিন্তু পেটুক কাপল মার্ক কে যেভাবে বাংলাদেশের অরিজিনাল ফুডের সাথে বাংলাদেশি কালচার মেনে একদম বাজ্ঞালীদের মত করে খাওয়াইছে,এটা অন্য কেউ পারেনি। ধন্যবাদ পেটুক কাপল।

@@PetukCouple ...ভাই। গরু, ছাগল আর মুরগির মাংস, কাচ্চি, কাবাব, নলী এবং রোস্ট দেখতে দেখতে খুবই বোরিং লাগছে। সামুদ্রিক মাছের উপর, চিংড়ির বিভিন্ন আইটেমের উপর, আরও সামুদ্রিক যত আইটেম আছে যেমন: scallops, oyster, mussels এগুলোর উপর, কালা ভুনার উপর, শুঁটকি ভর্তার উপর, মাশরুম এবং অন‍্যান‍্য দেশীয় সবজি যেমন: ঝিঙ্গার তরকারী, লাউ, বিভিন্ন দেশীয় আচার আইটেমের উপর ভ্লগ দেন মার্ককে সাথে নিয়ে। কক্সবাজারে মার্ককে সাথে করে নিয়ে ভ্লগ দেন সি ফিশের উপর।

রাসিফ ভাই, মার্ককে তো বিরিয়ানি অনেক খাওয়ালেন কিন্তু আমাদের আরেকটা ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার খিচুড়িটাও কমপক্ষে একবার টেস্ট করানো উচিত ছিল। ও আর এদেশে আসবে কিনা বা আসলেও কবে আসে তার ঠিক নাই। সব ফুড ব্লগাররাই এখন কাচ্চি, তেহারি,বিরিয়ানি এগুলো শুট করে (যদিও এটা ইচ্ছাকৃত বা অনিচ্ছাকৃত একটা হাইপে পরিনত হয়েছে)। কিন্তু আমাদের একটা অথেনটিক ফুড খিচুড়ির কথা কেউ মনে রাখে না। আপনারা চাইলেই সেটা মার্কের মাধ্যমে সারা বিশ্বের কাছে তুলে ধরতে পারতেন। কয়দিন আগেও পুরান ঢাকায় গিয়ে ওকে কয়েক ধরনের বিরিয়ানি খাওয়ালেন। আমি বুঝলাম না প্রায় প্রতিটি ভ্লগেই এত বিরিয়ানি শুট করে কি ঐতিহ্য দেখালেন, বহির্বিশ্বে এখন আমারা কাচ্চি খোর অথবা ইলিশ খোর জাতি হিসেবেই পরিচিত। এই বিরিয়ানি আর ইলিশ ছাড়া কি আমাদের আর কোন অথেনটিক ফুড (উদাহরণস্বরূপ খিচুড়ির কথা বলা যেতেই পারে) নাই??

My life is complete. Now I can die in peace. Thank you Petuk Couple for hosting the best food vlogger of the world and introducing him with the best of what Bangladesh has to offer. You guys went above and beyond only within a few short days notice and arranged the unthinkable. I do not think anyone else in Bangladesh have the necessary connection, experience, love for food, understanding of Mark Weins food vlogging style and resources to host Mark in such style, etiqquete, manner and class. Very well done bro. You made Bangladesh very proud and if it was a meritocratic country you would've deserved to be nationally recognized and awarded. আহ,কাচ্চির কথা শুনলেই ভাল লাগে এতো আর রান্না করে দেখলে তো আরো ভালো লাগে। বাংলাদেশ যেমন ইতিহাস ঐতিহ্য দিয়ে ঘেরা একটা দেশ তেমনি খাবারের ভ্যারিয়েশনেও বিশ্বখ্যাত❤️♥️❤️

চিনিগুড়াই সেরা বিরিয়ানির জন্য। Basmati doesn't even come close.

বাশমতির চেয়ে চিনিগুড়া/পোলাও দিয়ে রান্না করা বিরিয়ানি অনেক মজাদার এবং এ্যারোমেটিক। চিনিগুড়া টা আসলেই আমাদের ছোটকালের বিরিয়ানির কথা মনে করিয়ে দেয়, ভিডিও তে এক ভাই বলছিল কথাটা।

চাটগাঁর মেজবান ও পুরান ঢাকার হাজি বিরিয়ানি ও আজকের কাচ্চি যেমন খাওয়ানো হয়েছে ঠিক তেমনটি মার্ক ওয়াইন্স কে বগুড়ার বিখ্যাত আলু ঘাটি, সিলেটের মনিপুরি খাবার, রাংগামাটি, বান্দরবান উপজাতিয়দের ঐতিহ্যবাহি খাবারগুলো চেখে নিতে পারে সেই ব্যবস্থা করা হউক

নাস্তা গুলো খুব মজাদার মনে হচ্ছিল। তারপর কাচ্চি রান্না পার্টা অসাধারণ লেগেছে।কাচ্চি দেখতে খুব লোভনীয় দেখাচ্ছে। ভালো লাগলো ভিডিও টা দেখে ❤️

মার্ক এবং আপনাদের করা সব ভিডিও দেখি। এখন তো ব্যাক টু ব্যাক একই ভিডিও দুজনেরটাই দেখছি। ভালো লাগছে। কিন্তু যেটা ভালো লাগছে না সেটা হলো দুজনের করা ভিডিওতে রান্নার সামনে বেশি ভিড় আর ক্যামেরার সামনে অন্য মানুষরা তাদের মোবাইল বের করে ভিডিও করছে।

In the field.of preparing authentic mughlai style biriyani . Korma . Tikka Bangladesh stands much higher than India. Though India through their sale promotion and Adds. Sale these items and term them as Indian foods . Most of them are hybrid of mughlai and Indian lousy massala foods .

@@PetukCouple Only two weeks away from my visit to Dhaka, my first time to Bangladesh in 16 years! Usually I just visit Dhaka and Noakhali but this time I'm only in Bangladesh for 3 weeks (on work as opposed to vacation). One thing I want to tell you is you video (and also Mark Weins' video) of your visit to Tajine - Nawab Cuisine keeps popping up in my feed so thanks to you, I'll definitely be eating there more than once. The owner/manager of the restaurant asked me to contact him when I arrive in Dhaka. Unfortunately, the Professor who I'm coming with is a vegetarian so I'll probably come by myself.

Mind blowing! I am extremely tempted & feel like eating with you that melting my mouth! I wanna know if coconut milk is mixed with Cacchi Biryani & Morog Polao, will add extra flavour & taste or not?

Chinigura actually South Indian rice found mostly in Tamil Nadu and kerala

There is another type of rice called Kalijira, which is more fragrant than chinigura. It is rare to find now-a-days.
