I have been going to St. Simons Island for years and the one place, where locals definitely go, that you missed was Palmers on Mallory St. It is excellent. If we are not going to breakfast there and just starting out with Coffee then I go to Wake Up Coffee. The new place was there last fall when we went but they used to also have a place in Red Fern Village several years ago.

Thanks for your input about Palmers. What do you like to order there for breakfast? We love Wake Up Coffee. Yes, I was a little sad that Wake Up Coffee was moving, but there is much more space inside and out at the new place. It's very nice and their coffee truly is the best!!
