St Nicholas Abbey Heritage Railway Tour Barbados: The Most beautiful Train Ride Ever!
The St Nicholas Abbey Heritage Railway Tour in Barbados, stands to be the most beautiful train ride ever! It features The Tjeeper No. 5 Steam locomotive which was built in 1914 by Arnold Jung Lokomotivfabrik in Germany. Statfold Barn Railway in England saved the locomotive from a sugar plantation in Java, Indonesia in 2009.
The St Nicholas Abbey Heritage Railway, is an exciting family attraction which is now part of St Nicholas Abbey Great House Plantation and Distillery. A steam locomotive journey through the plantation fields and mahogany woods culminating with the expansive highland view of the east coast of the island from Cherry Tree Hill.

That's nice I didn't know there was a heritage railway in Barbados. The heritage railway in swanage (Dorset) is nice too I filmed that in July. I'll be going up Dorset this weekend for Christmas

Barbados is truly beautiful like its people. Bajan tour guides have been the best I've encountered so far. They love what they do and they go above and beyond to what is expected of them. It's not everyday one gets to hang out with the driver in front😃

the accent from the worker reminds me of move such as Django and ROOTS. Could Barbados have had a sad black history too?

Yes it does have sad black history. Most black citizens of the caribbean are descendants of slaves from West Africa. The indigenous inhabitants of Barbados were South Americans (the Arawaks and Caribs). That is why the black Barbadian language 'Bajan' is a fusion of west african dialect creole and english.
