I visited the old abbey when I was deciding to be a secular priest or to enter the order. I decided to become a secular priest; but I still have great memories of the fine priests and students that I encountered at Saint Michaels. In May of this year, I celebrated my 40 anniversary of my ordination as a Roman Catholic Priest. I am so happy that the Norbertines are doing so well. The Norbertines will always have s a special place in my heart.

I am so blessed that St.Michaels Abbey was my weekly church for over a year! I sadly had to move, but they are one of the reasons I converted at fourteen years old (although I started at 12). My parents are atheist so if you could, please pray for them!

I LOVE how everything is a symbol of something. It gives so much more meaning to the surroundings.

What a beautiful abbey and even more, what a beautiful order of men. May the Lord bless you and keep you and may you continue to grow.

Watched this in you tube and told my sister and brother in law about it since they live in San Diego and over an hour drive to Orange county. They will visit the place and hopefully when we come to Cali ,so much wanted to see the place! Blessings Fathers🙏🏻

I was at the abbey last Saturday, Sept 17, 2022 and joined a tour. It’s so beautiful and such a peaceful place. It’s just about done. All the artwork is done by hand. Awesome!

I went to the Saint Michael’s Abbey this Saturday January 21, 2023 for the Laudes, was so beautiful. After mass outside church frater Ignacio come to said hi to us and we receive a bendecida medallita.

I had visited the abbey recently and what a huge difference there is from their moving day to the present (February 2024). The artwork on the walls reminded me of medieval icons, there was a slight scent of incense, but most of all the irrepressible feeling of reverance and peace was inspiring. I hope to catch one of their services in the near future.

As far as "investigate" Catholicism, I think all the lawsuits/bankrupt parishes, since VII, as the Blessed Mother predicted, has taken care of the "investigate" part. But that's what happens when you open up your seminaries to the rainbow predators.

We should kneel and receive the body of Christ on our tongue from the priest and it shouldn't be received in the hands. It's how the Novus Order mass does it. Nobody holds or shakes hands, and I prefer it that way, less likely to catch germs directly.
