St. Maarten Day - Wonder of the Seas - Royal Caribbean Day 5
In today's adventure we explore St. Maarten on our Royal Caribbean Wonder of the Seas cruise! St. Maarten is our 3rd stop on our 7 day cruise! We actually have an excursion booked for St. Maarten! We booked the Ultimate Island Tour through Royal Caribbean! We get to go on a bus tour, a boat tour with drinks and music, and also do some shopping on this tour! We show you lots of views of St. Maarten and what all we do on our excursion! Then we get back on the ship and enjoy some lunch and dinner and more fun! We even get to see a sunset on the ship! 13 days and counting….. who is going to the 2023 Key West Fantasy Fest? October 20th to 29th. This year‘s theme is “Uniforms and Unicorns” The theme reflects the Florida Keys 2023 bicentennial. It’s to celebrate 200 years of the United States Navy in the Florida Keys.

This island we preferred over St. Thomas as far as our excursion. The booze cruise was the best!!
Once you get the bracelet for your Pandora charm, you should start collecting a charm from each place you visit. That way you will always have a memory of your wonderful vacations!
So sad to hear about the storm damage, but so glad that they are rebuilding, such an amazing place.

Love how the tour guide was on the bus to share facts and make it easier to know what the bus was going by! The boat ride looked so cool, that’s awesome they were able to position the boat so one side was French and the other Dutch! 🤗

Just lovely. We loved that island. Your tour guide was wonderful! Thanks for all the content. Now I want to revisit ocean cruising again. Our kids are in their 20’s and that would be a fun treat to do for them. My parents did that for me and my brother when we were that age. I still remember it. What a fun trip y’all got to share with special friends!

That is a beautiful place, but I would feel so vulnerable being on an island in the middle of the ocean, especially when the weather is bad

Is there any butterfly excursions there? My wife loves butterflies. If we could go on some type of butterfly, excursion, or nature excursion, she would be very happy.

My very first cruise went to St. Maarten for our first port and it's such a beautiful island! We actually did an excursion there that was modeled after The Amazing Race where we had to go around the island to certain places, do some fun tasks or games, and then eventually ended up at a beachfront area where we got free rum punch and fried plantains as our reward for completing everything (we didn't win but we weren't last either!). It was SUPER fun and was a nice way for us to see some of the landmarks on the island although the excursion activity kept us on the Dutch side so I never saw the French side. It was really fun for me to finally see that side of the island during your bus/boat tour! Did you guys get to see the beach near the airport where the planes come in super low? I think it's called Malo Beach. Wasn't sure if your tour took you there! At any rate, I'm loving your cruise vlogs and can't wait for the next one! =)
