St Dymphna Chaplet - Patron Saint of Mental Health
Saint Dymphna is the patron saint of stress, anxiety, and mental health disorders. The Saint Dymphna Chaplet is comprised of 17 beads. Prayers for the intentions of the Holy Father and for Christians are prayed on the first two white beads. The five red beads are in honor of St. Dymphna's martyrdom, the five white beads are in honor of her virginity, and the five green beads are for the hope for relief for all who suffer from mental disorders.

St. Dymphna Chaplet Prayers
For the intentions of the Holy Father:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
For the intentions of all Christians:
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Pray the Glory Be 15 times in honor of the fifteen years of Saint Dymphna’s life:
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Closing Prayer
Lord, our God, you graciously chose St. Dymphna as patroness of those afflicted with mental and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration and a symbol of charity to the thousands who ask her intercession.
Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering such trials, and especially those for whom we pray.

Heavenly Father thank you for never giving up on me. As I struggle to provide for my two autistic children I always remember to keep faith in God, since losing my job for declining the vaccine. Things have been very difficult. I declined because I have pre existing health condition Lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption by Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, so I’m all alone. No family nor friends. Both of my sons are non verbal it gets so stressful because they require so much attention from me. Every month I don’t know how we are going to make it. Every month is a struggle. But every month God provides. I’m so embarrassed of my situation. I’m so sick of struggling every month and being put down over my circumstances or accused of lying simply because I post comments. Again just evil lies to hurt me. NO MATTER WHAT I have Faith that God will provide! He is faithful. He knows my heart! He will save me and my children from poverty. IN JESUS name. Please pray for me and my boys. ❤️

As a Protestant convert I still feel like I hit the jackpot on learning the Holy Rosary and the many chaplets. In my youth I learned and practiced Zen meditation as a tool. Oh!, Saint dymphna! I interceded for ALL those that drug themselves. Save all of them from the the root and core reason that leads them to sabotage themselves in this sort of matter . In the name of sacred blood 🩸 of Jesus Christ intercede for them and make it known to Jesus the much need they ALL are of wanting to be liberated from this way of living.
