St. Augustine head coach should’ve apologized to his players for losing them the game literally. Tell the punter to run around for a bit and run into the back of the end zone and take the safety😂

Wow that coach sold, Just play it smart and run it out of bounds for safety. you still force the other team to have to score a TD and they'll have a much longer way to go with only a few seconds left.

Not taking the safety was mind-boggling. W/ or w/out the safety, St. Bonaventure would still need a TD to win. If you take the safety, you're punting the ball back to them from your 20-yard-line instead of your five-yard-line, and you're not in danger of having it blocked. There was no excuse for that.

For those that say it was an interception. There is no official on the field who would have a clear view of the play. Back judge is on the end line. Line judge and head lines are the line of scrimmage. Umpire is behind the line backers all he sees is the guy slide under the center. The referee sees the quarterback. There is no replay so if no one sees it did it happen?
