St Andrew's School, Turi- Speech Day
It's the end of the school year and in honour of the outgoing Year 13s at St Andrew's School, Turi, we traditionally come together on Speech Day to reflect and celebrate their achievements as well as those they leave behind to carry the Torch.
Speeches by the school leadership, board members, student leaders and esteemed guests (Thank you Ms Caren Wakoli for your inspiring words).
It wouldn't be a Turi event without great music.

Lovely to see this school as it is today. I was a former pupil in the 1970s and it has certainly changed from those days. Well done Turi!

Am just living this here trusting God that he will see i have faith in him My kids will go to this school ,my husband and i will be so happy. Thankyou God
Kids who go through this school have an easy life after and are able to decide on what to do later in life not like the 8-4-4=0

It's not the school or the curriculum that makes them to have "an easy life after and able to decide on what to do in life", it's the networks and net worth of their parents that make that to happen. That's what got them into the school in the first place and will carry them after the school. Not to disregard the value school gives to the students in any way, but just giving credit where credit is due.

I've watched this and I'm like, when should I bring my son? Someone to come for my rescue. I would love to see him here, he has brain, he has passion for academics. Who is helping me get to this school?
I'm surprised to hear that there are alumnus who did it here back in 70s....I would really love to my Children to Study in School of Caliber.
