St Agnes' Eve by John Keats, read by Jamie Parker

I originally recorded this for Sam West's Pandemic Poems. It is still part of the huge soundcloud library he put together tirelessly, which you can find in its entirety here. / pandemic-poems-by-samu...
I'm leaving my small contribution here on youtube in case you missed it, to keep my back catalogue in one place, and in case this platform's more convenient for you for whatever reason.
I love this poem, in spite of encountering as part of the English syllabus. I first learned it off by heart when I was 16, and I still know most of it now. Strange what sticks.
Strictly speaking it should be listened to on Jan 20th, but I find it's good for any cold blustery night (or day) by the fire. Hope you enjoy.

I recite poetry as nothing more than an amateur hobby, and this has been such a great inspiration to inspire my own attempts. Thanks so much for the upload.
Bloody Brilliant Mate Cheers! Breathtakingly read.
Thank you for this beautiful recording. English is not my first language so reading this poem was a hard task for me. I was able to read it while simultaneously listening to the video. Your voice is so soothing. 10/10

Did this in English Lit in 1978. I return to it every now and then. You read it well.
