Left Bank Two, by The Noveltones. Most folk nowadays know it from Little Big Planet, though it's been featured in a lot of different media by this point. It's a genre best described as Easy Listening / Muzak / Elevator Music / Background Machine Music / Mall Music, depending on who you ask.
