Drawers are comparatively more easy to maintain as you can take them out too like the normal channels but the mechanism is different to open you just need to learn how to remove them also most of the times you don’t require to remove them just wipe and they are clean

You have given the load capacity of tandem at the same time the load holding capacity of the wire basket information was required for comparison. Tandem basket holding capacity may go up to 60 kg. that will serve for industrial purposes. Further the important aspect in the wire basket is the diameter or thickness of wires, which should be the ideal thickness for the bottom and at the sides of the basket? One observation is that 8mm side and 6 mm bottom is used by the local basket makers that's in my opinion making the basket itself heavy adding dead weight on the frame and channels. Your specific comments will be appreciated.

1. Load capacity in Wire baskets depends on the telescopic channels. The channels generally range from 10kg to 25kg.. So the weight capacity is less.. Alternatively, you can use Quadro channels for wire baskets, they have a greater capacity around 35kg. 2. Wire thickness does not matter when the construction of the basket grid is properly done. For example, if the grid is small, then 6mm wire also provide good strength and will not increase too much weight.

Need a suggestion from you. I am looking for stainless steel wicker baskets for my kitchen. I do not want to use bamboo based wicker baskets that are typically used. This is because of longevity purpose as well as ease of cleaning. Do you have any good suggestions for such SS baskets?

Actually, mostly all manufacturers make Wicker Baskets in PVC; so they have a good life comparatively. But if you're really looking for SS options, go for perforated SS baskets. But they don't look that good when kept open.

Wow, that's a nice question! Generally people suggest to use a magnet, but it doesn't work correctly, as both 202 and 304 contain nickel so both doesn't attract much to a magnet. One of the ideal ways is to do a GRINDER TEST. In this you have to run a grinder on the steel product (obviously it will get damaged) and see what kind of sparks are emitted during the process; if the sparks are orange-reddish, thin and many in quantity, then it is a 304 grade steel; while if the sparks are yellow and thick and less in quantity, then it is 202 grade.

How many Trolleys/Baskets you take (multiplied by) 7000 to 11000.. For this you would want to calculate how many trolleys you actually need as per your space available..

Loot raha hai. Jab warranty ki baat aati hai to manufacturer par dhakel deta hai. Warranty khud ka kuch nahi. Problem buyer ko face karna pad sakta hai. Just kamana hai wo responsibility. Avoid this guy.
