These NDA+IMA Fighting Force Officers are rigorously trained for 4 years and in service they to do various military courses,war training,regular training.Corrupt, Caste-biased,religion-biased India needs this manpower. The Central and State Government system is much detiorated and needs tremendous improvement and discipline.If proper action not taken ,then India will again become a slave country again.For a good nation the Government system should be excellent. Good Private system alone can't build a nation.
