Thank you very much. I am glad you liked the video. It was the first attempt at documenting a trail run from a runner's perspective. Many more to come. I guess I was able to finish it well because of all the learnings from hiking and trekking. The body knew how to tackle up and down slopes. The whole point of the video is to show that if we have an active lifestyle then we can enjoy different outdoor activities. 🙂

Thanks Brinda. 🙂 The whole event was indeed a beautiful effort of the organizing and volunteering team. It is very important that we acknowledge that when we stand on the stage, we are there because of the cumulative effort of so many people. And yes, more trail runs to come in future. 🙂

Awesome bro for posting this video. No chances to take this race. Looks difficult than HK100km. Key is need to hike before you run. Directly running without knowing route will be banana! Rope sections are scary for runners without hike experience!
