this guy was 1-3-1 in his first 5 fights and knocked out in his first 2. Most would quit after that but he worked his ass off and now he's 44-4-1 and just beat an awesome boxer in Chocolatito twice and solidified it with this performance. Amazing

99% of thai fighters are dirt poor and send off by their poor parents to a boxing gym at a young age (some as young as 5) to be a muay thai fighter and make their family money. if they have any potential as a western boxer, then they would look toward the olympics. if they cant get there, then they either turn pro or go back to fighting in muay thai. samart payakaroon and somluck khamsing is a great example of that.

Moises martinez that proves he was never p4p. It's okay. HBO should of never gave him that label in the first place. He is still a great fighter in the smaller weights but a Pacquiao or Donaire he will never be. His first test to fight close to his walk around weight he loses to a unknown then gets slept. And as far as hiding his unbeaten record. He would never command the type of money to receive protection in the first place. You don't get protection at 114-130 lbs. GGG has protection. Canelo has protection. Only household names with money get protection and great navigation to the top

George Havenhand If you actually had this clown as #1 P4P then you need to stop watching boxing altogether. He moved up 3 pounds lol y'all need to stop acting like he was on some Pacquiao shit, he was an HBO hype job. No P4P fighter would get slept like that, he showed he couldn't adapt when he kept complaining about head clashes ... he knew what he was coming up against and he either didn't have the skill set or the IQ to impose his game plan. He probably underestimated Sor Rungvisai the first time around because he had already lost to Cuadras, his fatal mistake was underestimating him again thinking he was gunna bang with a big puncher who doesn't tire out. That's what he gets for being a bitch and not giving Cuadras an immediate rematch.

From what it looks like, Sor had chocalatito at a perfect angle at all times for a south paw vs conventional, lead foot on the outside, he also put power on every shot and did 4-5 punch combos not 3 which is more typical. Soon as chocalatito wanted to fire back another was coming he didn't expect

I was there live, the power and ferocity that Sor Rungvisai showed early was scary. Every punch he landed was a thud, and Chocolatito never threw with conviction, never hurt him, yet he BRAWLED WITH HIM. I could tell from the first 2 rounds that it was not going to end well for Chocolate. Then we saw what happened. Seemed his confidence was shot from the first fight and he didn't know how to adapt to a bigger brawler

That's what's wrong with boxing today! Here are all of these fake boxing fans commenting saying Chocolatito is a bum and never deserved to be pound for pound number 1. When you fight the best at their best you're going to lose! Ali lost, Robsinson lost, Duran, Halger, Leonard lost! Just because you have 0 losses on your record doesn't mean shit when you're ducking the best!

I was rooting for Sor, but I felt bad watching Chocalatito go out like that. He either needs to adapt his style to compensate for his lack of power at 115 or drop back down in weight. I have a feeling he's done though. A fight like that can take the fire from a fighter. A great night though - all 3 fights were fun to watch.

I'm not and have never been a boxing fan but I have my sympathy for Roman. I'm Thai and a fellow countryman of Srisaket, so obviously I was overjoyed but I knew Roman long before I heard of my Thai man. There's so little to no booing tradition in Thailand at all, if we don't like someone we just ignore him, so, I remember the media's second question after how did he feel was "how did it feel to be booed at, did it discourage you?" to which Srisaket replied "not at all, the booing actually provoked me to push myself". The media dug everything about him (Srisaket) after the fight, he has never been an overconfident guy. I surprised a bit when he gave interview to some journalists regarding the wining as "I trained very hard for 4 months before the fight so I was confident I could knock him out". That sounded a little cocky to me. I guess not only the Chocolatito that wanted to prove he's the winner after the dubious(?) first fight. Srisaket also wanted to prove that it was fair, he was capable, and it wasn't a fluke or misjudgement. Roman is still a great fighter. Srisaket also has a long road ahead of him.

You all just riding this hype because they got big time promoter...this Thai is good but if you put this guy with a Mexican or Filipino slugger in his weight division his going down bro. While, inoue is good but no disrespect it is his first time fighting outside japan.. Nietes had the wbo right now, which is previously own by casimero...and don't forget ancajas...inoue is good but he is not yet tested... Watch the practice match of inoue and a Filipino servania..and you will know that inoue cannot bully everyone.
