Sri M - "Firstly, let me make it clear that it's better not to have a Guru than end up in the wrong hands. So, anyway, pitfalls - inside and outside, like for e.g.., you might suddenly get enthusiastic about something written in a book and start practising and end up in trouble. If there is a teacher or a guide, need not even be a Guru, somebody you can talk to in personal terms, somebody who has walked the path, he will advise you about what to do and what not to do, in the spiritual journey...."

About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master - A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M - The journey continues”, which was released last year.
Sri M has traveled the world fulfilling his life’s mission to teach and guide people as instructed by his Master, Maheswarnath Babaji. Over the years, Sri M’s mission as a spiritual guide, social reformer and educator have given rise to many initiatives including:

Sri M says: “Go to the core. Theories are of no use.” His message seeks to transcend the outer-shell of all religions, by exploring their mystical essence and thus nurture the innate goodness in every human being.

that's why one should not invite a crowd in the name of satsang, teaching meditation, guiding ppl etc. without transcending not just identity but even the individual consciousness one should not invite and gather crowd around him. he or she must live like a thief without revealing that has some spiritual experiences. otherwise he or she who is guiding public will have to share the group karma which becomes the downfall for group and the teacher.

Being a yoga teacher why does he move so much while talking ? Does not sit still even for 10 secs.

Conciously entertaining your old self without trying too hard, also easier on the spectators as to not act special or too out there to connect with the audience ? Thats part of yoga as well, doesn't mean you have to speak with someone that is fixated on a lotus pose to be.. Someone that is contemporary, someone that does what's required..

What's the great reverence behind sitting still while explaining? This is just ridiculous. Sri M is like Swamy Rama, expresses possibility of true spiritual path by experience not by reading texts. Existence of God or supreme power or mysticism is an experience attained through strict hard practice but not to demonstrate to prove to ignorant people.

I don't know the answer to your question. You should ask him directly someday. But i want to say that yes your observation is noticeable. But you've a tight n filmy mindset of yogi's body language. If you're a genuine seeker other than the content nothing would matter to you.
