Ingredients - Pork 1kg ( ඌරුමස් මස් 1KG)
3cup Of Water (වතුර කෝප්ප 3)
7-8 Garlic (සුදුලූණු බික් 7-8)
10-15 Onion ( රතු ලුණු ගෙඩි 10-15)
Ginger (ඉගුරු කෑල්ලක්)
3-4 Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 3-4)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පේ)
Black Pepper 1tsp (ගම්මිරිස් තේ හැන්දක් )
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක්)
Roasted Curry Powder 1tbs (කළු පහේ මේස හැන්දක්)
Turmeric Powder 1tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැන්දක්)
Chili Powder 3tbs ( මිරිස්කුඩු මේස හැඳි 3)
Cumin 1tbs (සූදුරු මේස හැන්දක්)
Cardamom (එනසාල් / කරඳමුංගු)
Cloves (කරාබු නැටි)
Cinnomon (කුරුදු කැබැල්ලක් )
Salt (ලුණු)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Garcinia (ගොරකා)
