Justice Minister Keut Rith said Srey Sina will go on the black list and will never get a pardon or have his sentence commuted.
"Once the court's verdict to convict the offender became final, I receive instructions from the Prime Minister. As the Minister of Justice and the Chairman of the National Commission to review and evaluate the list of convicts requesting commutation and pardon, I will ask the National Commission to add this person to the black list of offenders who are not eligible to receive a request for commutation and pardon in order to make sure that he is sentenced to a term that is commensurate with the offence he committed,” he said.
