I ran guide R with standard SRAM rotors and agree you don't get that much power, so I tried Shimano RT66 rotors when the SRAM needed replacing and there is so much more power now. I was going to get the HS2 rotors then I saw the price 😮😮so I'm sticking to the Shimano unless SRAM slash 75% off the price. I got 5 Shimano rotors for the price of one SRAM.

I paid £100 for the two rotors which seemed reasonable to me compared to how long they last. Tyres cost more and can last two to three rides. Rotors last ages. The increase in braking power, feel and control has been well worth it. I was thinking about upgrading the master cylinder/levers but there’s no need now.

I got 200mm SRAM Centerline rotors with my bike. They are always bent, not much but enough to rub the pads all the time... HS2 rotors are more stiff, have you noticed any bent or weird noize ? Dunno if I replace them with fixed 2mm HS2 or Hope floating rotors...

No bent rotors. They are much stiffer and the more I use them the better they get. Given they are an easy fit and guaranteed to work, I’d get the HS2 over the Hope even though they don’t look as cool as the Hope.
