Not gonna do this myself, but its interesting to see what happens behind the scenes for this kind of repairs. you dont always get to see it when you leave your bike at the bike shop.

do you recommend to use power tool to remove the crank?

Well, I'm sure if you were careful not to over-torque anything, you should be okay. I have never used a power tool to do this procedure, but it wouldn't be unheard of.
Which year and model is this. What was the spacer size used? Thanks

Great question, and thank you for asking. This was on my 2021 Fuel EX 9.9, and I believe the spacer size is 2.5mm on the inner.
