Lyrics:
Taking it easy is a full time job
One I’m tired of
One I'm tired of
Doing my best is a full time job
But it doesn’t pay the rent
No it doesn’t pay the rent
No it doesn’t pay
Never wanted to be someone’s wife
Give up my whole life
Give up my whole life
So I try to be brave in the crowd
But i’m on my knees now
Yeah i’m on my knees now
Yeah i’m on my knees now

I was down by the water at Promontory Point when you were shooting this. Not sure what made me think of it months later but I did a search on the lyrics I remembered and found it! Good to see the finished video. Nice tune!

It looks like Donnelly Field in Cambridge at the 1:15 mark
man, i've just discovered this song and it's So f*** nice...., it's like a travel in time to 90's (musically and visually)" Just Love it!
I am loving this new stuff...has a grittier vibe. Reminds me a bit of Emma Ruth Rundle....a bit foreboding yet powerful. Nice work! Hope to see her live again soon! Love from the ATL!

Awesome. Reminds me of classic Weezer! Keep up the good work.
i'm a big fan of the wednesday/mj lenderman/squirrel flower cinematic universe
the visuals and lyrics are sooo good ❤🔥
I love your music and you ❤
the only complaint i have is that the real young adults i've known would never so casually commit LITERAL beer crimes

Getting an Exile in Guyville vibe from this
Bought the album a week ago and can't stop listening to it. It's absolutely fantastic. All the songs are good, which is a rare thing. This song is a gem but it ends WAY too early. When the guitar solo kicks in at the end, I expect it to last at least 30 seconds before we return to the song again, but nope, the song just ends abruptly. It's way too short and it feels like she could have done so much more with this beautiful song. There's definitely room for a version 2 that is at least twice the length.
Недооценённое творчество)
This song title reminds me of every band I've ever played in since 1981 in the dfw area. It was a necessity for my bandmates to have a full-time job in order to survive, with the exception of a drummer bandmate who lived with a stripper who supported him. He eventually threw in the towel and moved to New Zealand with a full time job and a girlfriend waiting for him. I often wonder how the dozens of local bands I know of can go on tour, barely break even if they're fortunate, and survive without a full time job.
Now this is a bit "noisier" than usual, but it's very good. Looking forward to the new album.
God I fuck with you so hard Ella, this is amazing
Not firing at Bud Light™ 🤪
It's a small world but i wouldn't want to vac it.

Gideon Coe brought me here.
Seen her last night and it was nothing like this. Something about not having her band or something. Kinda sounded like silent hill
