He died because someone stole the marbles from him. - Sae-byeok threatened someone with a knife on their throat. She died when someone stabbed her on her throat. - Sang-woo tried to kill himself in episode 2. He died by killing himself. -Gi-hun swore on his mother's life. His mother died in the end.

Spoiler alert, he did get the money but he lose his friends, his childhood friend, his daughter went to USA, his mother died alone at home not knowing his son will return. Did that made him happy? He even felt betrayed by the old man who he treated as a friend not knowing he was the mastermind of the death game.

The deaths that hit different for me was Ali, Ji-yeong, and Sae-byeok only because Ali was betrayed by the guy he called big brother and Ji-yeong sacrificed her life for Sae-byeok so she can make it out alive just for Sungwoo to kill her just like he killed Ali

It’s was kinda obvious that 001 was the game administrator anyways. Number 001 (first player who entered) when he was screaming during the night fight event front man listened to his command and let guards in to stop the fighting. The marbles game was based on 001’s hometown and because of 39 people, 1 person was going to be left behind which was supposed to be ll-nam himself. everyone thought him as a old man so he thought no one would pick him resulting in him getting out the games. His body was also missing in the overhead shot at the end of the marbles game. He’s the only old player out of 456. The gunshot was off-screen

7:49 EXACTLY! this is what I was thinking after I finished the season, that squid game was designed to be very bloody, gorily and they managed to show everyone's death so I was wondering why didn't they show oh il nam's death? At first, I thought, Ok his death is certainly going to be sad so maybe they didn't let the scene go through because we were too attached to Oh Il Nam? And they didn't show Ali's death but showed him in the coffin getting ready to be cremated so I found it suspicious that they would add a unessecary screen like that until I found out Oh Il Nam was behind the whole squid game scene and he didn't actually die in the marble game. I think jennie just visited ho yeon (saebyeok) during filming. Also, saebyeok has a very low chance of being in season 2. Also it will be awhile to be able to make a season 2.

Damn, Han mi-nyeo was such a badass. She wasn't afraid to mess around with Deok-su. When Han mi-nyeo told Deok-su "I'm gonna kill you" she wasn't actually messing around. At the Glass Stepping Stone, Han mi-nyeo fell down with Deok-su, causing them to die. She is such a badass, she isn't scared unlike many women at the squid game to mess around with a stronger person.
