on the squeeze wax it says 300 fractionated oil and 200 soy wax, is that gram?

Hi I tried making the squeeze wax but it seems to take a long time to set up. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Help please

Pillar is for melts, container is for candles. No surprise there for me
