From Brian:
First, I used PixiTracker on a Nexus 7 to compose the piece. With Open Broadcaster Software, I then recorded the PixiTracker's interface and visualization. Next, I imported the clips into Blender 3D and GIMP to spice them up and composite them together. Finally, I used ffmpeg to combine the audio and visual to create the resulting video. Hope you like it!

To the 2 people who disliked this, at least it's not Sparta remix. I liked it.

What would you like to have a tutorial about? How to use PixiTracker?

It’s pretty easy to use, I figured it out rather quickly, but Alexander zolotv, the one who made PixiTracker, posted demonstrations on making songs

Great choice of softwares! :) How did you make sure your audio and video didn't offset? Ffmpeg doesn't have a visual interface?

Potasmic I just cut the video exactly when the first measure starts and when the last measure ends. That is pretty much the same length as the audio, so then I just mash them together with ffmpeg. It is not quite accurate, but I figured it was good enough. (I think the video is behind the audio a bit in this clip though...) It is hard to explain. I am planning to make a video that goes into the details of how I made this clip, so I don't forget how to make the next one. Maybe that will help if you still have some questions.

Brian's Lab ah thanks! Hopefully I'll remember watching it! KZread has been cutting my subscription box to a certain amount of videos, annoyingly.

Hey Colordynamix, I don't recall too much as it was a while ago... I usually do start with the rhythmic parts first and then add other elements to round out the sound. How is your Sparta FM song going? :-)
