sir i got some trouble in bicep curl jab main bicep curl lagata hu tab mujhe left forarm (Near about ulnar nerve) me pain hota hai specilly jab weight niche jata hai but hammer curl me koy prob. nahi ho raha hai

1) proper warm up 2) choose hard sole shoes or bare foot 3) bar placement(it should be on rear delt or traps not on the neck ) 4) leg placement(toes should be outside) 5) posture(chest up,back neutral,neck neutral,hips and kness both go down Simultaneously + proper breath and belt should be tight and near the neval 7) range of motion - it must not be ass to grass 8) path of the bar - dont lean forward it must be Straight 9) Rest period - 2-3min,Rep range-6-8,3-4 to increase the Strenghth,Strecth your muscle between the sets .

I absolutely agree with the point to be remembered on range of motion we should never go too deep while performing squats,I watched Tom Platz video in which he goes full down but that’s not the case with everyone,our body is different from others so to be safe dont go below 90 degree if you are sure or confident/pro then only go slightly deep than 90 Thank You

Hey I have a question , can knees go past toes while squatting ? People at my local gym say that they can't go past your toes while squatting as it can cause back injury , whereas most fitness influencers that I follow say it's ok for your knees to go pat your toes What's your opinion on it

I my opinion It causes the pain under the knee ( I have experienced it ) So it's not advisable to do .

Smith machines are terrible for your body, since they stop ur body from doing things naturally. I recommend not trying to do smith machines because it’s not natural and not good for your body. Just use dumbbells to squat.

Rajesh Kumar free weights go light weight in beginning and increase weight gradually, make sure a spotter behind U should be there

Sir, I have started doing Squats ( Only Body Weight) for 1 week and I feel subtle crackling sounds from knees. I have tried increasing/decreasing leg width, however it is still persistent. What is the solution?

Me too bro...i have done only body weight squats for abaout 2 weeks and then light weight(about 15-20 kgs) squats for almost 2 months and i m also getting those sounds...i need some solution bro...i saw a video of fit tuber about vitamins n minerals deficiency and i found that i am deficiencing calcium...u can check out his video
