Squat Mobility: Squat-To-Stand

Work that posterior chain with the squat-to-stand mobility drill

We like this as a movement prep for a few reasons:
🔷 It’s not a static stretch (which you want to avoid pre-game)
🔷 Warms up the all the tissue of your posterior chain
🔷 By keeping the elbows inside of your knees, it acts as a self-hip mobilization which you now know is incredibly important 🏒
🔷 Activates the core through proper bracing

    Most people can't get into the squat position.

    People should be able to squat! It's all about finding your starting point and building up.
