    Another great video Jesse keep them coming - I've guilty of hacking a weak cross off the back of these shots and giving my opponent an easy volley opportunity. Will need to practice chipping it back straight instead to reset the rally.

    Such elegant movement and no power leaks. My queue take away is elbow tuck in which will prompt shoulder rotation

    Brilliant as usual, Jesse! I’ve tried to practice this by hitting shots to the service box area, and varying between hitting off my front and rear legs. In matches though I’ve found it difficult to remember to use my rear leg, I seem to just automatically go to use my front leg. I guess it’s from so many years of only using my front leg, muscle memory like you mentioned towards the end of the video.
