С молодой картошки многие не снимают кожу, если обратить внимание то в Макдональдс, кфс, картошку по деревенски подают именно с кожурой., мешают что бы не подгорело и равномерно поджарилось. Ну если подумать то можно догадаться, правда?

В деревне картофель в кожуре: варят в "мундирах", запекают с начинками, без и т.д., но жарят у нас на деревне без кожуры и постоянно не помешивают, наоборот чтоб она была поджаристой. У них понятно постоянно мешают, потому что готовят на открытом огне, естественно всё сгорит. Я обратила внимания, что не только молоденькую картошку в кожуре постоянно употребляют, но и "старую" уже пророщенную отростками, помыли и жарят не очищая. Это не в упрёк говориться, у каждого народа своя культура, кухня и т.д... . Но эта семья мне нравиться, они улучшают свой быт, в приготовлении пищи, во общем молодцы. 😊

Вас действительно смущает только кожура на картошке?Меня лично смущает та антисанитария,в которой все это готовится-и тут уже по моему без разницы с кожурой или без. Эта доска разделочная как куплена -с тех пор и не мыта.упал кусок на землю -не беда,я уже не говорю о чистоте рук.Я понимаю-деревенская жизнь,но это не значит,что можно жить в такой грязи.
