Squarespace needs to understand that there is something between desktop and mobile. The first thing a programer does on your page is pull the corner and it takes so long to get to the mobile vie w that you get to this ugly text overlapping thing in the upper menu where text and socials are just over each other. I am currently trying to fix this but it seems to be there as I pull the corner of a browser.

So bad, I regret so much have started my website in SQ. It's unusable most of the time. Crap system they came up with. Never used such a frustrated interface. The color management and font manager is sooooo terrible. A mess

It's actually one of the best out there! Most of the other tools are less intutiative. There is a learning curve, but once you get it, it's worth it! Maybe give it another try :) You got this!

Fluid Engine is a complete S#!t show. Dragging stuff all the way up and down is a deal breaker. No tablet view either.

If you are new to it, it can feel overwhelming, but give it another go - you might just love it. It's incredibly powerful when you understand the underlying infrastructure :)

@@meetdavidalex I appreciate what you're saying but after trying it out, I feel it is a major fail. every time I want to move something up or down, I have to manually move every other element on the page. Unless they fix this Fluid Engine, I see Squarespace going out of business

@@1deplatt Yeah, totally understand if it's not working for you. It's not for everyone. You can select multiple items at the same time if you click and drag and then move them all together.

@@1deplatt Yeah, I understand. There are shortcuts that you can click and drag all the elements in a section at the same time! But, again, if you find somethingyou prefer better, that's great!

@@meetdavidalex I liked how you could insert an element in 7.0 and everything would automatically move
