Looks like everything is working quite well! Good to see! I’m still waiting on my neo , I like the look of that smaller kingdom board though !

not really...if you have to at any point physically move the pieces because of inaccuracies or not centering correctly then the technology isn't operating well enough yet to justify hundreds of my dollars... and not just once but multiple times he goes, oops let me just fix this one, and this one, and this one, etc...well then the board isn't doing the job of precisely what it's function is supposed to be...you can pay for it tho

Hello Dan, I've been looking to purchase the Swap and The Square Off site says not available for purchase yet. The Neo and the Swap are not available for purchase yet. Where did you get yours if you don't mind me asking, thanks in advance.

I backed this on Kickstarter in 2019. It took about 40 months to get the boards from when I purchased. I had also backed the initial kindgom set in Oct 2018 on Kickstarter.

Thank you. Thank you! THANK YOU. THANK YOU!! This was a nice comparison video. When I found these devices existed a few weeks ago, I was sold on the Swap. Haven't made the purchase yet, as I was hoping to find one second hand. One complaint I've read about the Pro Board is that is tends to be a little loud. I heard your Kingdom running upon power up but didn't sound overbearing.

The Pro is the flat, rollable board. It's dead silent since there's no internal mechanism to move pieces

Hi, I hope you're doing well! I wanted to know more about the Square Off Pro. It appears to be a promising product, but I've come across some reviews that suggest otherwise. I would appreciate your thoughts on whether it's worth it or not. Thank you for your time.

I think the pro is worth it in my opinion. I have enjoyed it, but I may be selling mind soon as I move on to new things. I have not had any issues with the pro, so I can fully recommend that one over the mechanical boards.

@DanOTaylor Hello, thank you for your response. I was also curious about the delivery time, as I have heard there are some internal issues within the Square Off Team. Thanks for your time

Ive never seen a single video of any of these boards without people having problems so ive avoided them. In fact looks like they pulled most of them off the shelf and have poor customer service. Id recommend a chessnut board. I stuck with them after returning a dgt pegasus and millenium board. The chessnuts have literally no issues.

The company was mostly acquired by miko electronics so I would say at this point square off is the funk and you're lucky if you didn't buy one

You are correct that the company pulled most of these boards from the shelf and you can no longer buy them. Incredibly, folks that backed these board in October 2019, going on 5 years ago now, were instead offered a cheap robot toy instead of the chess board they bought, by the company that acquired a majority controlling share in Square off. I am not making this up. This was the recent email communication send to folks still waiting for their boards that will never arrive. ---- Message from Miko / SquareOff newsletter. We hope this message finds you well and thank you for your continued support. We would like to share some important updates with you. Management transition: In the ever-evolving global scenario, Miko has acquired a majority stake in Square Off and is collaborating closely with the Square Off team towards fulfillment of rewards. About Miko: Miko is an advanced consumer robotics innovation lab and the Miko Robots are AI-powered smart companions that use playful, conversational learning to educate and engage. Please visit www.miko.ai for more details. Product Offering: Acknowledging the delays in reward fulfillment and taking into account valuable feedback from our backers, we present an alternative by offering you the Miko 3 robot. In the coming week, you will receive a form to indicate your preference between the Chessboard and Miko 3. Please note that shipments for the Miko 3 will be fulfilled before Christmas 2023. However, if you opt for the Chessboard, anticipate a slight delay, with shipments expected in the first half of 2024.

@@timothymansker6177 I would assume you would. But warranties are always sketchy and sometimes have loopholes. How has the swap been working for you? Do you use it alot?
