I did NTC Breakthrough Challenge. And just limit your calories so ur at a calorie deficit. Apps like myfitnesspal will help with that. But in general non-processed meats should be your focus. Chicken is probably most common weight loss food. Basically find the most filling foods that are low calorie. Fruits and veggies help with that too. Some complex carbs like oatmeal and potatoes are good but I’d focus on meat/protein

@@ERIC05GARCIA Largely irrelevant pal. Calories in vs Calories out. Simple as that. If eating high protein low car for example makes it easier for you then do that. Try a few things and see what suits you. I enjoy intermittent fasting personally.

@@ERIC05GARCIA Intermittent fasting will work a treat. You can increase your fasting window as you get more used to it. You don't need to do it every day, try 4 days a week. Low carb dinner before starting your fast. And don't eat too much for breakfast when you break your fast, I recommend having a smoothie. Good luck
