And bare in mind that Son was out injured when the fixture was meant to be played in January. Now tonight, Son was involved in all 3 goals for Spurs. He got the penalty that kane scored from. Not really an argument, spurs are below arsenal in the table and have 2 "world class" players carrying them, arsenal had 3 of their best players out in Partey, Tierney and white, and have a young inexperienced squad and are still 4th. If conte was that good he would be running away with 4th and they would have had it in the bag weeks ago. If arsenal get 4th this season with this squad and the injuries ahead of spurs and man united then it will be a massive achievement.

I would be confident klopp could reach it even conte however they all would have atleast needed 2 to 4 years to win a major trophy epl or ucl. Imo we let Wenger go way too late, we had to get klopp before he went Liverpool. I remember the days where Essien would play as a makeshift centreback whenever Chelsea had injuries. It might have made more sense for Tomiyasu to partner Holding at centreback with Tavares at leftback. Don't like seeing Tomi at LB

Agree with u this season we depend on saka too much follow by smith rowe than martinelli and now eddie.

@@miniman2132 I personally want us to show more ambition. Handing players like Elneny and nketiah new contracts when they’ve NEVER been good enough. Now they’ve had 4 games where they’ve looked alright doesn’t make them worthy of staying. What about the last 3+years they’ve been here ? For example the club should be making a big statement this summer.. bring in Frenkie De Jong to upgrade our midfield along with Aouar/Tielemans. Bring in Gabriel Jesus with another top striker like Nunez. bring back Saliba and partner him with Gabriel. Get a back up LB and RB to cover Tavares and Cedric when they leave. You’re looking at a good 6 players we need to compete.

Lee me old Mukka was having a mad txt issue in one of my groups last night. So I literally missed most of the 1st half it was 2nil. Took 1 look and said ahh holding seems to have been sent off so how comes he's not taken off a striker and put on a defender.. Manager too slow to react (shows inexperience) then I've said we are probably going to get injuries now, then Gabrielle goes down. So used one of your terms WHO KNEW so now we don't have a centre back paring and Granit is suspended.. Even the youngest not even Goona but footballer knows you have to change things around when yiu lose a player especially a defender n get it done Lively.. As for the methods it's down to you as the manager to tell the boys mate it's Derby day GET STUCK IN its also down to you although in fairness Holding should of realised he's on a card so calm it down. So what kind of team talk did he give the lads at half time cause they came back out and they scored almost straight away, OK am I supposed to put all that down to being unlucky AGAIN i have to and want to back my club but what is he saying to his players. He don't know how to use the extra man advantage hence Leeds game! They say you only learn when you lose. Let's hope he's learned how to close a game down when you have the extra man..
