The Soundstage is constructed in a Sprung tensioned membrane structure with a 50 year warranty. Using a specially-designed proprietary five-layer Soundstage Sound Attenuation System. This layered system combines to provide a minimum STC rating of 45 - 48, a Noise Reduction Coefficient exceeding 0.9, and a Noise Criterion of 15 - 20 ensuring maximum performance in every scenario.
The Soundstage features accessible loading areas with elephant doors, a catwalk, bell and light system, HVAC system, full fire suppression and safety requirements, multiple 400-amp shoot cans for film power supply and decking for set building.
Along with the state-of-the-art sound stage, the permanent campus includes production offices as well as additional Sprung structures to house departments such as: hair & makeup, wardrobe, a dining facility, mill space, props, set decoration, transportation, and star trailers.
