"Sprouts - Stories of change and emancipation" is a mini-video series created by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (Aics) - Nairobi Regional Office that focuses on people who, thanks to the support received from the Italian Cooperation/Aics, have been able to emancipate themselves and acquire tools/resources to serve their community in different ways.
This video tells the story of Beatrice Neigesa, a tailor based in the outskirts of Nairobi. She opened its own repair shop and now makes clothes mostly for women and children. She wants to inspire the young generations, using her intelligence to change the world her own way.
