DIY press cookie with plastic bottle or PET bottle
We wouldn't have a cookie press and a piping bag to make cookies. Fortunately, if there is a plastic bottle at home, making cookies is possible. If there are several lids of it, we can not only make various cookie shapes but also can store the cookie dough in plastic bottles with the lids, preventing drying cookie dough.
Steps are too much easy.
1. Make the cookies dough
2. Put it in a plastic bottle and squeeze it.
3. Bake it in an oven to complete the cookie.

Plastic Bottle
Pen
Utility Knife
- Cookie Dough
100g Butter [3oz]
60ml Oil [2fl oz]
120g Sugar [4oz]
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
350g Flour [12oz]
Chocolate
- Decoration
Green Pistachios

Great idea but you can get the same result with a piping bag and a star nozzle.
the cookie press is a great idea, but it wasnt easy pressing it through. I tried the recipe and the cookies didnt taste anything like a spritz cookie I've tasted in my life, last time I made them were over 20 years ago. I wonder why you use two eggs, very little butter, instead oil. this is a butter cookie, it needs to taste of butter. your butter/oil to flour ratio was strange too. this cookie had no taste, even though I added an extra teaspoon of almond extract because almond is the classic taste of spritz cookies, and was too hard. I notice no salt either. anyway, your cookies look good but it just didnt work for me. its possible i made a mistake in the conversion, but the lack of flavor and buttery taste was surprising for such a classic cookie.
