I've been searching all over the internet for an '06 T1N driver mirror replacement because mine also lost the rigidity and became very loose. Thanks for sharing this, it was super helpful. I will tighten up that bolt under the mirror and should be all good to go!

Where did you get your blind spot mirrors? I have a 2005 and those look like a perfect solution.

Not sure. Take your wrench set out and see what fits. It’s super easy

Have you done a clip for removing the mirror class?

Bake been have not. But it’s very easy. Just slide the glass upwards until it clicks then it pulls out. Very easy- no tools needed

Tightening will only work if the little interlocking teeth have not been worn out. I ran two screws into the gap between plastic housing and aluminum head cap (?) which firmed it up pretty good and then put a blob of JB weld over the top. It beauty is defined by what works...it is gorgeous.

Which way the bottom screw go, to unscrew it?

It´s great info...but you didn´t prove the fix. Why not tighten that big óle torx down and show us what you got?

@@Prestonvans Actually my torx is so siezed up that I don´t count on it to tighten or loosen without sh*tting the bed...but I will have to do something soon...my driver´s side mirror is blow´n in the wind 118 Life.
