Let me know your opinion ⁉️ I finally decided to buy my 1st new boat ever. Did some research and decided on the G3 Sportsman 1710 PFX model with shadow grass paint job. Ordered with 90 hp and 70lbs 24v troller and helix 7 on dash. Plan on installing a Garmin LV 34 with 106 monitor on the trolling motor. I really like the 3 seat pedestal bow position and especially the split lid front live well bait bucket set up. Most front live well set ups are 1 long lid the direction of swing of lid looks and feels uncomfortable for seated fishing. The G3 Sportsman PFX model live well lid swing is completely different than most boats.

What size jig do you use from the tube jig? It looks like the head of the jig was inside the tube?
@ExtremeAnglerTV
Жыл бұрын
usually as small as I can get away with, like a #1 or #2 to fit the small tube jigs.
What size of float do you prefer and what kind of bobber stop do you prefer?
@ExtremeAnglerTV
Жыл бұрын
All depends on the wind and depth I am fishing, slimmer 1/2" round for calmer conditions or in shallow water, 3/4" round in windy conditions or when making longer casts/distance. The bobber stops from eagle claw work well.
What stops the bobber from sliding down to the hook OUT OF WATER?
@ExtremeAnglerTV
Жыл бұрын
we use a tiny split shot above the jig/bait to stop it from hanging onto the eye of the jig
