You stayed there after we were up in the smokies. Good video, we know you are a stickler on cleanliness and features and that is a good thing. They OBVIOUSLY knew you were coming by marking the bathtub 'WET CAULK' 😂 . Like how you said the mattress pad was a 'pee' pad 🌧. Thanks again.

Stayed here on my last visit and was very impressed. My other go to is the Holiday Inn Express in Sevierville, kind of by a Ruby Tuesday (or at least there used to be a Ruby) there

This looks like a pretty nice place. We've never stayed that far toward that end of town but seems like a convenient spot. I'm sad to see that big hair, but at least it was long. 😂🤣

We've stayed at that hotel befoe and I agree; all those hotels right there have the best location in Pigeon Forge. Of course you know we love the Inn at the Christmas Place, so that one wins most of the time (and the price is comprable), but honestly if you have a bigger family you almost cannot beat that hotel as far as price or location. The Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn accross the streeet (we've stayed at those too), are great too, but my knock on them is it's sometimes hard to cross Teaster Ln when it's busy, but overall that area is one of our favorites in Pigeon Forge if for no other reason than the convience of the location!

Very hard to cross Teaster if you come from the wrong direction. Christmas Tree lane is the best.

Springhill Suites is our go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We go when it is less crowded and the rates are lower. Last year we went in May before schools let out and mid November when the crowds are still low. We usually pay around $155 before taxes. I am a Bonvoy member, so we get a discount on the room. We used to stay at Courtyard by Marriott but their room rates got a little too high for our liking. I don't believe you mentioned that the couch can be turned into another bed. My husband has mobility issues and needs a shower. He has balance issues getting in and out of a tub. The only showers available at that location are in the handicapped rooms. The handicapped rooms seem more spacious and there is a roll in shower. My husband needed a walk in shower so the bigger roll in shower is nice. The room seems bigger than a regular room to accommodate a wheelchair. My husband doesn't use a wheelchair so the extra space is an added bonus for us. We would highly recommend Springhill Suites.

Looks like a nice place with plenty of room...perhaps a little pricey for my budget, but a nice place none the less. I just wish it had balconies... thats literally my only issue with the Microtel behind the space needle...lol. I'm glad you are doing the hotels. There are several I've often wondered about. As a kid,we used to come a LOT. My granddad favorite place was The River Terrace. We always stayed with the balconies that are closest to the river. It was top notch at the time but needed a lot of work last time we stayed. 25 years ago. Never went back there. Your videos help show me what things are like now. Thanks!! This place looked like a good one. Edit: Not implying I haven't been in 25 yrs. Mainly do family cabins now but I like to stay in town on our anniversary.

I get what you were saying. :) Cabins are fantastic for some trips.. but when you want to fit in a ton of restaurants and attractions, staying in a hotel helps cut down on time driving.

Lets not be splitting hairs here🙄😂 Looked very nice, but not a week stay for most, as the price point is a bit🤑 However, you do get what you pay for. It is a convenient place for sure, so it would just depend on what you are willing to shuck out....Thanks so much for sharing your experience here, and how you found it to be🐾🦊🐺
