I visited Springfield 18 years ago. My favorite restaurants were/are Cheddars, Coltons steak house, Ziggies breakfast, Logan’s Roadhouse, Western Sizzlin, Pizza Inn, Lamberts, Andy’s Frozen Custard
May finally have to try one of these when I venture off to Springfield tomorrow

OK dude, I am living in England between Stonehenge and Glastonbury and my g/f lives in Springfield MO. She told me about an amazing 'gastro pub' that serves and delivers food on a London double decker bus that serves up English food. The traditional English food is amazing apparently, ( Which I already know ) so how about doing a video on alternative food available from other countries in Springfield? My g/f tells me that the fish and chips from her local gastro pub is 'amazing' even though it looks a third of the size of what we have. And try some Cornish pasties too that we have exported all over the world from our Cornish miners.

That's the food truck "London Calling"! A Springfield favorite. 😃 We do have one where we talk about a few hidden gem restauraunts! A foreign food available in Springfield would be good. 2 of our top chefs rode the length of Route 66 on their bikes a few years ago, and they raved about a Thai restaurant in Springfield.
